The McKinney & Olive office and retail center is likely to go for record sales price.

An Uptown Dallas mixed-use project that just hit the market is likely to fetch a record price.

The McKinney & Olive office and retail project on McKinney Avenue was designed by award-winning architect Pelli Clarke & Partners. Opened in 2016, the $225 million office tower and adjoining retail center were built by Crescent Real Estate.

With some of the highest rents in Dallas and 100% occupancy, the 536,000-square-foot property is being marketed for sale by commercial property firm Jones Lang LaSalle.

Tenants in the building include Saatchi & Saatchi, Sidley Austin LLP, Foley & Lardner LLP, McKinsey & Co., Cushman & Wakefield and CrossFirst Bank.

“McKinney & Olive’s striking architectural design, market-leading quality and amenity offering has established it as one of the most prestigious office addresses in the state of Texas,” JLL’s marketing pitch says.

McKinney & Olive is just the latest high-profile office property up for grabs in North Texas.

Dallas-Fort Worth is one of the top office investment markets in the country with more than $1 billion in sales in the last year.
