- First Course:
- Jumbo Lump Crab Cake – sweet & sour slaw, horseradish mustard aioli
- Blindfold, Sauvignon Blanc
- Second Course:
- Salad – farmer’s greens, shaved vegetables, fresh goat cheese, pomegranate seed, toasted walnut, shallot vinaigrette
- The Prisoner, Chardonnay
- Third Course:
- Roasted Colorado Lamb Chop – carrot puree, tabbouleh, charred fennel, lamb jus
