Sixty Vines Uptown will host a Rodney Strong Wine Social on Wednesday, September 25th with stations throughout the space featuring light bites and two wine pairings at each. The Wine Social is available for $40 per person to Vine Huggers members, and $50 per person to other guests. The event kicks off at 6 p.m. through 8 p.m.
The pairings will stagger throughout the event, with the first one being presented at 6:15 p.m., followed by the next at 6:30 p.m. and the final pairing at 7:15 p.m.
Heather Hanks, National Account Director of Rodney Strong will be in attendance to discuss the wines throughout the evening. Sixty Vines and Rodney Strong will also offer raffle items that include a signed bottle of Alexander’s Crown, a Sixty Vines Gift Basket, and two Bottles of Vine Huggers wine.
The stations include:
Station 1 – Smoked Salmon Bites (served with Honey, Rosemary, and Pepper Garnish) paired with Bluewing Vyd. Chardonnay Sonoma Coast and Estate Vyd. Chardonnay Chalk Hill
Station 2 – Montasio Cheese, Prosciutto, Calabrese, Pickled Vegetables and Flatbread paired with Russian River Valley Pinot Noir and Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
Station 3- Pizza “Fit for a Cab” paired with Knight’s Valley Cabernet and Alexander Valley Cabernet. Pizza features: White Sauce, Togarashi Bacon Crumble, Roasted Pistachio, Gorgonzola, Bull’s Blood Micro Greens
