The Shakespeare Everywhere Network is a nation-wide theater troupe affiliate program that aims to help performers produce shows in non-traditional spaces by soliciting venues and assisting with marketing and ticket sales. Its first affiliate, Shakespeare Everywhere – Dallas, will be performing a full production of Shakespeare’s Henry V as part of the Institute’s Fall 2020 program agenda. In Shakespeare’s history play, we see a young King taking the throne and putting his rebellious youth behind in order to battle the French. Starring Meaghan Harris (who played Ariel in this Spring’s production of The Tempest at the Institute) and directed by Michael Johnson (Prospero in The Tempest), the play will be performed at Samuell-Grand Amphitheatre thanks to a generous sponsorship from Shakespeare Dallas.
