CRU Chefs have crafted a menu to help you reminisce the special moments in your love story. Take a walk down memory lane as you are greeted with a luscious Lobster Bisque topped with a lobster corn fritter for the Tease. The menu continues to delight your heart and your mouths as it skips along to the First Kiss with your choice of a Maine Lobster Saffron Risotto, Prosciutto Wrapped Jumbo Shrimp, Braised Short Rib Potstickers. The Courtship ensues with Angus Filet Mignon, Rosemary Crusted Rack of Lamb or Pan Seared Alaskan Black Cod with lump crabmeat. All good things must come to an end and CRU gives you the choice of Vanilla Creme Brulee or Molten Chocolate Cake for your Sweet Ending. This Wine, Dine & Be Mine experience is $60 per guest. There will be special Chef’s Valentine’s features offered on Friday (10th) and Saturday (11th) as well. Be sure to make your reservations early, they fill up fast.
Cru Food & Wine Bar was conceived as an exciting destination to experience and explore the fascinating world of wine, with over 300 wine labels, 13 flights of wine, and 45 by the glass. A wine country menu includes small plates to share, stone-fired pizzas, seasonal entrée plates, and a variety of Artisan cheeses to complement any wine pairing.
