Public safety is a key priority for Uptown Dallas, Inc. and we are proud to partner with the Dallas Police Department to enhance their services in the district. Neighborhood Patrol Officer Derrick Allen, coordinator for this annual event, keeps businesses and apartment managers in Uptown up-to-date with crime issues that may be occurring in the area. Officer Allen and Uptown Dallas Inc. Security Director Chuck DelTufo put on crime watch meetings for anyone interested. This helps residents and stakeholders in Uptown stay up to date on what’s happening and also lets people know what the Dallas Police are doing to help prevent some of the property crime that we have been having lately.
