The MADI museum announces the opening of Shine On with Pamela Nelson and RE: Constructions by Heather Marcus on Friday, March 12, 2010. An artist reception begins at 5:30pm for members and 6:30 through 8pm for the public. Pattern, texture, and color define the works included in the exhibit. Drawing inspiration from the glimmering mosaics of Italy or the fluidity of fabric, these two artists explore the softer side of geometry. The exhibit runs through June 6, 2010. As usual admission to the museum is free.
