Carlisle & Vine apartments are located near Turtle Creek.
A Seattle-based investor has snapped up an Uptown Dallas high-rise.
Carlisle & Vine, a 16-story apartment tower with 150 units, is located near Turtle Creek.
Trammell Crow Residential built the luxury property in 2019. Rents in the building start at more than $2,000 a month for the smallest unit.
Washington Capital Management, an investment adviser with properties across the country, just purchased the Uptown building.
Institutional Property Advisors’ Dallas office marketed the building for sale.
Founded in 1978, Washington Capital represents investors in the purchase of real estate and other assets. The company acquires office, industrial, multifamily, retail and medical properties.
The company has offices in Seattle, Spokane, Portland, San Francisco, Southern California and Boston.
Carlisle & Vine is just the latest Dallas residential high-rise to recently change hands.
And another Uptown residential tower — the Jordan on Maple Avenue — is listed for sale.
Dallas-Fort Worth is the country’s top apartment investment market with almost $29 billion in properties sold in the last year.
