In Uptown Dallas, Granite Properties has been working on plans for its 23 Springs high-rise at Cedar Springs Road and Maple Avenue since 2018. The new office and retail tower would replace small office buildings on the corner.
The developer said it plans to break ground on the $169 million mixed-use project next year with a 26-story speculative office building, a one-story restaurant and six levels of below grade parking, according to state planning documents.
Dallas architect GFF designed the Uptown development, which would take more than two years to build.
It’s one of the largest new towers proposed in the Uptown neighborhood just north of downtown Dallas.
