Stellar Service Brands is headed to Dallas’ Uptown district.

Stellar Service Brands, a Waco-based construction services firm, is relocating its headquarters to Dallas’ Uptown district.

The firm franchises home and business improvement services though 465 locations across the U.S.

The company is backed by MPK Equity Partners, a Dallas-based private investment firm.

Stellar Service officials say they are moving to Dallas to access a larger labor pool and to be near its airports.

“The decision to relocate our corporate headquarters is intended to position us to attract the best talent in order to meet the needs of each brand’s growth,” Sherry Rose, who became chief executive officer of Stellar Service Brands earlier this year, said in a statement.

The company’s brands include Restoration 1, an emergency reconstruction and restoration firm; Bluefrog Plumbing +Drian, a plumbing repair business; The Driveway Co., a driveway repair firm; and Softroc, a rubber surfacing company.

Stellar Service Brands recently announced that it signed 40 franchise agreements in the first half of 2022.

The company is moving its headquarters to The Offices on Katy Trail at 2929 Carlisle St. near Turtle Creek and plans to open the office later this year.

About a dozen people will work in the new Dallas office.

“There is also an on-site training facility being built which will be launched early next year,” a representative of the firm said in an email.
