Father’s Day is extra special at Fearing’s Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas. On Sunday, June 19th, from 11:30 am – 3pm, diners can celebrate by relishing a delicious Texan brunch with this “Father’s Day Backyard Bash.”

This special cookout will feature a delectable three-course prix fixe menu thoughtfully crafted by Father of Southwestern Cuisine, Celebrity Chef Dean Fearing alongside his distinguished culinary team. With Starters ranging from Buffalo “Bowl of Red” Chili with Soft Poached Cider Ridge Farm Egg and Cheddar Cheese Biscuit + Colossal Shrimp Michelada with Tito’s Cocktail Sauce and Gulf Blue Crab Salad with Avocado/Jalepeno Ranch, to name a few, as well as Main Entrees such as Smoke House Plate of Smoked Brisket, Baby Back Ribs & Jalapeno Waygu Sausage with Crunchy Potato Salad, Campfire Beans, Tobacco Onions and West Texas Chow Chow. Top off the afternoon with a Dessert Duo inclusive of Dean’s Favorite Coconut Cream Pie and Decadent Chocolate Cake with Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Frosting and Peanut Butter Cup Crumbles. Fear not, this mouthwatering menu will also feature items for our vegetarian-friendly guests as well!

The celebration doesn’t stop there! Relax on the Fearing’s patio and enjoy live music from musical duo Danni & Kris (12-4:30pm) and countless activities for the entire family including Cigar Rolling, Libation Stations (local craft beer, bourbon and gin), passed mini desserts and face painting fun for the kids. The cost is $125 for adults, $85 for vegetarian and $45 for children.
