Executive Director

Kelem leads the overall strategic direction of Uptown Dallas Inc.—overseeing planning, partnerships, and improvements that keep Uptown thriving as a premier urban district.

Chuck DelTufo

Director of Operations and Public Safety

Chuck oversees field operations and leads our safety strategy—coordinating with security partners, maintaining patrol visibility, and keeping our streets secure.

Megan Mummaw

Director of Maintenance and Public Realm

Megan manages the district’s appearance and infrastructure—from landscaping and lighting to cleanliness and capital upgrades.

Bailey Criado

Events and Marketing Manager

Bailey brings Uptown to life with dynamic events, marketing campaigns, and business outreach that connect our community and fuel our district’s energy.

Sophia Morgan

Project Manager and Executive Assistant

Sophia keeps projects on track and supports organizational efficiency—making sure our behind-the-scenes work runs smoothly.

Blake James

Clean Team Manager

Blake leads our essential Clean Team who work hard every day to keep Uptown spotless. From graffiti removal to sidewalk sweeping, Blake ensures the district looks its best and feels welcoming around the clock.
