Uptown Dallas’ newest high-rise living address has opened its doors.

The 34-story Residences at Park District is the tallest apartment tower in Dallas with 228 luxury rental units.

Apartments in the building which overlooks Klyde Warren Park range in size from 782-to-3,234 square feet and start in price near $2,500 a month.

The biggest penthouse apartment in the tower is a 3,200-square-foot, 3-bedroom unit with a study that goes for almost $20,000 a month.

“The Residences at Park District is the only luxury rental tower situated on Klyde Warren Park, which provides our residents a unique opportunity to have Klyde Warren Park as their front yard,” Joel Behrens, Principal with developer Trammell Crow Co.’s High Street Residential, said in a statement. “Park District offers world class service for our residents and their guests while also providing best-in-class amenities and finishes.”

The apartment tower is part of the $300 million Park District development, at the northwest corner of Pearl Street and Woodall Rodgers Freeway. The project of Crow Co. and Metropolitan Life Insurance includes the 20-story PwC Tower office building and 13,396 square feet of retail space.

The apartments offer 24-hour concierge services, valet, a business center and a 7,000-square-foot first-class fitness center.

A resort-style pool is constructed on top of the adjoining retail building.

FirstService Residential is managing the building.

The Residences at Park District is one of almost a dozen new high-rise residential buildings on the way in the Dallas area.
