The highly anticipated opening of Dallas’ newest boutique fitness studio, Fit Social Club, has been set for June 29, 2019.
Located in the heart of Uptown at 3400 Carlisle St. on the corner of Lemmon and Carlisle, Fit Social Club (FSC) is an indoor cycling and functional training facility focused on aesthetics, mobility and performance. FSC is the first studio in Dallas to combine these two cross training modalities under one roof.
The top level of the two-story studio is complete with sixty indoor cycling bikes, hosting classes designed for maximum energy expenditure, increased cardiovascular health and endurance. The program is built on a progressive approach to traditional spin, using exercise science to enhance the sport of rhythm riding.
The bottom level is dedicated to FSC’s signature functional training class, Intensity, designed to close the gap between one-on-one personal training and group fitness. Each participant reserves their own “personal gym,” with access to everything needed to complete the group workout in their own individual space. Intensity focuses on building muscle, improving body composition and metabolic conditioning using top of the line equipment from the best manufacturers in the industry.
Fit Social Club was founded by husband and wife duo Michael & Erin Vara, who have over 15 years of experience at the highest level of the fitness industry. Also on the team is Ryan Molina, a Las Vegas native and fitness veteran whose background in kinesiology and exercise physiology has played a pivotal role in establishing the foundation on which FSC is built.
